Los Angeles Dodgers is a TV series?

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6708866/reference/ Am I understanding this page correctly? It looks like a contributor has created a page for the Los Angeles Dodgers, treated the team as a TV series, and made an episode page for every game they've played.

@jay_spirit- Apologies for the delay response. After further investigations and reviewing, the title was removed.

Hey Maya, can we get better clarification why this was removed? It was very easy to keep track of old and new games on IMDb compared to a lot of actual sport sites where you have to click through a lot of pages to find information. Very easy to find day of Sandy Koufax’s no hitters all the way to the World Series Games the Dodgers won in more recent years. Also every episode did actually take place with way more than definite proof on the internet to tell you every game took place. Was very beneficial to find game and highlights using this page. Would you be able to actually review and see that every game on this page was correct information. Me and a few people who were keeping track of games here daily along with our regular tv shows can no longer do that when we have to use sports pages and come back to IMDb to review other shows. I thought IMDb was supposed to keep track of all film? This title should be a lot more certified than video games and other things that aren’t technically film to watch. Please take another review of this I beg and please. Thank you and cheers!

Also with a MLB subscription you can click on Los Angeles Dodgers specifically and it reads every title exactly the way it was written here. None of it was false information, every game aired on the day and was shown with a MLB account. None of the information was false, so I’m curious how this got removed? It seems that the original poster’s issue is that it’s labeled as a tv series. I don’t know who made the page and labeled it as a tv series, but I can agree it’s not a tv series. I don’t know what it should be labeled as since other ways to watch the games are labeled as tv series too. Examples being “MLB on Fox”, “MLB on ESPN”, “NFL on Fox” & “NASCAR on Fox” all being classified as TV series as well although they’re not being official TV Series. I don’t know what these all should be classified as but they all are legitimate episodes along with the Los Angeles Dodgers Games.

Unfortunately, IMDb does not allow televised baseball games to be collected by team. Each of the televised games listed belonged as an episode of the various series they appeared on. I was hoping IMDb would allow the original contributor to move all the episodes to their respective series, but they decided to delete the parent series and all its episodes outright. IMDb is missing a trick here. Contributors are dying to collect the titles on this site in nonstandard ways. They do it all the time. And here's an example where someone wanted to collect all the televised games played by the Los Angeles Dodgers into its own makeshift series. Why not allow that? Yet again, here's my idea, which seems to me a no-brainer. https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/new-category-collections/65b4587a4573f7036212c10b
