I can confirm that there is an open ticket pending an investigation of the sabotage reported on your IMDb page.  As soon as there is an update on the status I will relay that information here.

Hi @Michelle That ticket is pending since a year now. Could you please help speed it up or give me an access to be the only one who can edit my page? We all know no issues on a web portal linger for 1 year. Its crazy 

Hi @Michelle its been more than 1.5 years and this has still not been resolved. A potential client called me and ask "whats with your imdb dude". Its gotten embarrassing to the point that I don't want an IMDB page on my name anymore. Could you please delete anything and everything related to me. It should be on the page. Would be great if you could help me with that as imdb has done nothing about the sabotage and shattering someones reputation

This is not solved yet @Michelle I am being harassed a lot because of my imdb profile being trolled on!!! Someone needs to do something about this !!!

@vdh​ I agree, it's 18 months since your page was destroyed with thousands of fake credits, the perpetrator probably got a Top Contributor badge for it there was so much done to it. Least all the fake acting credits are gone.

How long does a ticket take to be resolved, can @Col_Needham look into this internally. Varun has been clear on which data is his and which isn't.

Than you so much @VonPunk to helping me out on this again. The actor credits were deleted by me. The visual effects page is really difficult to delete as the loading time is too long and it stops after a point. I still cane belive imdb has not taken any action even after sending so many evidences. But, thank you again to put an eye out for this 

@vdh​ No problem, I hope it kickstarts getting this actually fixed, it frustrates me also to see this vandalism happen and sit on the site for so long, so I imagine it's much worse for you. I hope IMDb fixes it quick now and protects the page from it ever happening again.

@Michelle​ Thank you for your reply. I did reply to Luke from imdb support the very next day I receievd the email, but never really got a reply. I did send all the evidence needed but nothing was reverted back. I sent him a reply again today after your message. 

The current problem is that apart from my producer title, none of the credits on my page are correct anymore. As the person who sabotaged it, made sure it was destroyed really well, including my introduction and other things. 

If you scroll up on this post, you will notice I have added snapshots of the titles and credits that are correct and they are added by me. Everything else is irrelevant to my profile. I have worked on a few projects after the sabotage, but have not been able to update my imdb because of how destroyed it is.

@vdh​ Sorry about this.  The issue here is that the IMDb team on Sprinklr use a different interface than regular customers and the open threads there are not presented in the same order for action.  This has (accidentally) led to a large backlog from which we are recovering now. We have made some process changes to prevent this from happening again, but it will take a while to catch-up.

I have cleaned up the page from the incorrect credits added, user who added them has been blocked. If you see any credit that remains or any missing please let me know I'll take care of it. Regarding the (uncredited) attributes they will remain as we were unable to verify you were listed in the end credits, that is easily fixed if you submit a credit correction with a screenshot or picture of the end credits with your name listed.

Sorry we took so long to do the cleanup, hopefully anything remaining error is easy and quick to fix.

thank you so so much! This is very kind and nice of you. Could I also ask when will this come into effect on the IMDb page? I can still see a thousand credits that are not mine. The credits that were submitted by me are already listed in the snapshot in this thread. Please let me know your thoughts.

@vdh​ Yes you can add your new projects with no problem :) regarding your submission, most of it was accepted as the change was clearly made by the saboteur, some of it was not accepted as the people adding (uncredited) or modifying the title are some of our most reliable users who we know work of based on end credits listings. Not saying they could not be wrong but we will need further evidence to modify this, keep in mind job position must be the one listed on the end credits and if you are not listed in the end credits this will have to remain (uncredited) only proof accepted to actually modify this is the end credits (video, picture, screenshot).
