"Locked" incorrect images on a name page

I found a name page where a person has several images in her gallery that she does not appear in. When I attempted to submit corrections, I found that the image was locked, with the following explanation:

This image was provided by an IMDbPro member, so they cannot be removed from it. 

If the IMDbPro member is not actually in this image, please report it for being "Not Relevant" using the "Report This" option in the gallery.

And so, for some of those images, I did report them as "not relevant", but so far they are still in her gallery (and the processing time should have passed by now).

The person whose gallery has incorrect images is Lauren Hays (I) at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0371628/. Examples of images in her gallery which should not be there are:

• https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0371628/mediaviewer/rm3855318785/ (same as previous; this is also used as the primary image for Lauren Hays even though it doesn't depict her)
• https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0371628/mediaviewer/rm852262657/ (picture shows Sara Gilbert, Michael Fishman, Lecy Goranson, Laurie Metcalf, Roseanne Barr, and John Goodman)
• https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0371628/mediaviewer/rm1271627521/ (just an "image" of text, no people shown)

This is not to say that all the other images in her gallery are correct; some are correct and some aren't.

I do have submission numbers, albeit they're not particularly helpful to me since the e-mail receipts don't indicate which image they go with. On the other hand, the only image deletions I submitted recently were the following:
