LGBT relationship listed under 'Sex and Nudity' in Parent's Guide for Arcane
I really don't like that a romance between two female leads is listed under 'Sex and Nudity'. I don't see any other heterosexual romances listed under that section, just explicit instances of sexuality. I think that it should be removed from the parents guide for Arcane.

Trust me, there are loads of entries where ”kissing” and ”romance” are listed as a part of the ”Sex&Nudity” section. Doors said it best: People are strange.

I just reviewed the Parental Guide "Sex & Nudity" section for "Arcane" and was unable to locate the item you referenced, so it seems to have since been removed.
