Letter “ə/Ə” support for Azerbaijani movies.

Hello,

As mentioned in the title Azerbaijani alphabet has unique letter which is “ə”- lower case and “Ə” uppercase. On the movie titles, there is an issue related to this letter where it is displayed as “ä”. For example, (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1279422/). Original movie name is “Dəli Kür”, but it is displayed as “Däli Kür”. I would like to request extended support for Azerbaijani language throughout the imdb platform.
