It's two separate submissions as I didn't know yet that I should separate multiple characters played by a slash instead. Therefore the reason for rejection on one of these was "duplicate".

Here, again one was declined as a "duplicate" due to my submission error.

Thank you for the references! Taking a look, if you already submitted the credits and you submit them again, for example, this is why you will get the second attempts declined as duplicate; since there is already a submission pending which has not been processed.

Now, the first ones were rejected because for TV series, episodic credits have to be added to the episodes you worked on and not to the main parent series page.

@Maya​ Thanks so much. Both TV show didn't list any episodes on their IMDb pages, which is why I couldn't attach myself to those episodes. I'll try to make submissions for the shows first then, before re-submitting for my profile.
