Lead Actress keeps being omitted

The leading lady of our web series is the only cast member who has repeatedly been omitted from the IMDB updates. We have tried submitting her name for each episode, for the entire series, and have submitted over a dozen times to no avail. She is an established actress and is in all episodes and posters and promo. Her name is Kandyse McClure (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0565973/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1) and the project is The Artist's Way Out (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13009992/?ref_=ttep_ep_tt). Any advice on how to get this remedied or who to reach out to?

What are the 18-digit reference numbers of the declined filmography update submissions involved with this?

Unless the Web browsers used by IMDb data editors are extremely out of date or that the IMDb data editors ran short of time allocatable for a quick investigation when evaluating the submissions, there isn't much excuse as to why they were not able to verify this credit. Another possibility is that trust between the submitter and the IMDb staff has not yet had a chance to develop, so updates affecting the filmography of a celebrity or high-profile performer would be treated with extra scrutiny, skepticism or doubt. Anyway, it may be best for IMDb contributors to go ahead and provide URLs to the necessary evidence in the explanation fields of the submission form in the first place, for the sake of saving time for the IMDb data editors who would be reviewing the corresponding submission.

Kandyse McClure is fairly recognizable, but maybe possibly her IMDb performer profile has suffered from incorrect updates of the "Elvis sighting" variety at one time or another, and I've thought she does have the kind face vaguely resembling that of Lisa Bonet yet who is several years older, with the distinction regardless being unmistakable to me. Her performance in Persons Unknown was outstanding, but that particular television thriller series was rather obscure (as a summer time show) and may have even not aired to completion (hence only released in whole on streaming platforms). I would think her fame level is on par with the other youthful grownups (e.g. Daisy Betts) cast as leads on that show, with the exception of Chadwick Boseman of course, who experienced a major surge of notability throughout the 2010s before passing away.

I could see how this may be the case. Kandyse and I have been trying to problem solve together, in fact she tried submitting the credit as well, but this is not the first project she has been on that has had trouble getting her credit posted. We are a very very small production so that may be an issue as well. Here is one of a dozen reference numbers for a submission from Sept 2020:

It is worth mentioning that all other credits have gone through immediately without issue, including my leading man, Keon Alexander, who at the moment is high profile from his role on The Expanse.

I have not yet figured out how to submit screen grabs from the rolling credits as proof of Kandyse McClure's participation on our project, The Artist's Way Out.

This is a reference number from April 4 and has all her credits listed in one submission
