Law & Order SVU Detective/Captain/Lieutenant/Sergeant/A.D.A. credits
Im trying to get the credit of Law & Order SVU to be the same type of credits that Law & Order has in regards to the main characters rank, for example the credits for the first episode of Law & Order:
Compared to Law & Order SVU's first episode credits:

Im keep trying to add Detective/Captain/A.D.A. to the characters names, i don't want to go overboard cos I know there are rules about over adding credits like writing up Senior Special Victims Unit Detective 1st Grade [insert character name] for example. So what do i say to get IMDB to accept it.

Hi daniel_ross_dudley-
As per policy we show the character name as it shows in the end credits, so providing a screenshot of the end credits would help get the changes through. If the end credits don't show a character name then in the explanation you can let the editors know about this and that these specific characters now have different titles. I hope this helps!
