Last name correction declined, despite actually being her current name

Hello there. I was trying to rename the last name for animation artist Crystal Chesney to Crystal Chesney-Thompson, given the fact that she is currently credited that way on newer projects she has worked on, but also because she is currently married to fellow animator Derek Lee Thompson, hence why her last name is changed. Once I tried doing it, the site declined the rename because "it doesn't follow site guidelines". I don't understand, this is her current name nowadays and yet they denied because it doesn't follow name rules despite being her name? Even the website of Rough Draft Studios (where she worked on Futurama among others) has her listed that way as well (https://roughdraftstudios.com/studio_info.html; her bio is shown in the bottom). This needs to be fixed.

Hi SpaceShrimp-

Thank you for posting the reference! Further reviewing, typically, the primary name for an individual should be the one by which they are most often credited with.

However, we make exceptions to this rule when the name page has been claimed (by that individual or their representation), in which case, we will retain the name that the page is claimed under.

Cheers!
