Languages not removed from picture while only a name is listed #37

In submissions #260612-113700-052719 and #260616-090808-199319  I wanted to delete the languages Portuguese and English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0108915/mediaviewer/rm3629043202/ 

For some reason, these submissions were declined when it comes to English, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the main character. The submissions were approved for Portuguese, however, the language is still listed.

Can a staffer look into how Portuguese remained after it was approved for deletion two times and delete both languages from the poster please?
