Languages for photos of De Dirigent

In submission #260413-220033-126002 I tried to remove the language German from this poster of De Dirigent: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6932818/mediaviewer/rm2281284609/  

The reason for this: German was listed twice! Unfortunately, my submission was declined. Can a staffer fix this please?

Also, the following two posters also list German as a language, but in the update form, the language isn't there and can't therefore be deleted: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6932818/mediaviewer/rm2695343105/ and https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6932818/mediaviewer/rm2865269761/ 

Can the language German be deleted from these posters as well please?
