Language not removed from pictures without language

In submissions #260820-191102-941019 and #260820-191116-273619 I tried to delete the language English from these pictures: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2861424/mediaviewer/rm2681416192/ and https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2861424/mediaviewer/rm2653434112/ 

Can a staffer look into why these submissions were declined and remove the language tag please?
