Language not removed from pictures while only a name is listed #40

In the following submissions I wanted to delete the language English from several posters for tv series Dexter:

For some reason, these submissions were declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the main character, Dexter. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
