Language not removed from pictures while only a name is listed #20

In submission #251207-204858-311102 I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111970/mediaviewer/rm4039476994/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
