Language not removed from pictures while only a name is listed #19

In submission #251127-221253-336002 I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0051283/mediaviewer/rm370735616/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
