Language not removed from pictures while only a name is listed #18

In submission #251118-143745-335802 I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111970/mediaviewer/rm463939584/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
