Language not removed from pictures while only a name is listed #17

In submission #251118-143745-335802 I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: www.imdb.com/title/tt3230014/mediaviewer/rm2914912512/

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the pictures, just the name of the host of the program. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
