Language not removed from picture with no language on it

In submissions #250912-113419-840502 and #250917-152946-762402 I tried to delete the language English from this picture: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0165001/mediaviewer/rm115283712 As you can see, there is no language whatsoever on this picture. Can a staffer look into why my submissions were declined, delete the language tag and check if the contributor that added this language tag did more damage?
