Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #8

In submissions #250727-215408-421602 and #250803-214400-684002 I tried to delete the language Spanish from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt27159508/mediaviewer/rm3831004673/ For some reason, my submissions were declined, despite the fact there being no Spanish in the picture and only the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
