Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #7

In submissions #250710-235137-930402 and #250717-122242-566202 I tried to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0062577/mediaviewer/rm1140313345/ For some reason, my submissions were declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture and only the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
