Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #4

In submissions #250405-215821-311402 and #250413-182654-761102 I tried to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt32045743/mediaviewer/rm2301528066 For some reason, both my submissions where declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture and only the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
