Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #35

In submission #260427-113415-286302  I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt33989829/mediaviewer/rm790477570/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the subject of this reality series. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
