Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #31

In submission #260327-213453-135702  I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11428962/mediaviewer/rm2518516225/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
