Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #28

In submission #260311-211257-685302 wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11429264/mediaviewer/rm3407708673/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
