Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #22

In submission#251228-234205-971502  I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0054545/mediaviewer/rm4149642242/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the main character of the series. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
