Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #21

In submission #251220-161418-524502 I wanted to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12031920/mediaviewer/rm1529197570/ 

For some reason, this submission was declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the name of the host of the program. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
