Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #11

In submissions #250829-102904-298002 and #250904-133854-208702 I tried to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6880664/mediaviewer/rm460072448/ For some reason, my submissions were declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture, just the first name of the main actor. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
