Language not removed from picture while only a name is listed #10

In submissions #250805-215940-180802 and #250809-234257-854102 I tried to delete the language English from this poster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0069557/mediaviewer/rm4271482625/ For some reason, my submissions were declined, despite the fact there being no English in the picture and only the name of the main character. Can a staffer look into this and fix this please?
