Language additions declined

This morning I've had a number of language additions declined when creating new episodes. All have been English and have come back with "Does not meet contribution guidelines". Would there be a reason this has suddenly changed that I've missed or is it a glitch? Here are the ref numbers:

I can confirm that the reason for these items being declined was because a language order was missing from the submission. Please re-submit this data and include an order number for the language information you are adding. Guidance on these submissions can be found in our Languages help guide.
