Kristy (2014) and Dracula 2000

I have two different questions.

The first is: Is Dimension Films or The Weinstein Company one of the distributors for the 2014 film Kristy? They're not listed in the Company Credits on IMDb, though some other sources flip back-and-forth between listing either of the two distributors in connection with the film.

The second question is: Did the title of Dracula 2000 have some kind of reissuing where the title changed to Dracula 2001? That's the title listed on top at the moment.
