Korean characters for Alternate Titles

I know IMDb do not yet support Korean characters for Alternate Titles. But I've seen movies with Korean titles, why is Korean input only available for certain movies?

For example:

Joker

Gintama: The Final

This specific examples were directly added by staff as we yet not support the characters on the regular contribution form. I hope this answers your question.

Does that mean that Korean titles can be added if I ask a staff member to do so?
