Keep having credit deletions declined this last week

Never had an issue deleting credits by supplying evidence before but this last week I keep getting that with 'Need more evidence' reasoning, well I'm supplying a full set of cast credit screenshots as well as a link to the episode on Amazon with timestamps indicating the cast credits, I can't supply anymore or greater evidence than that. Here's the number #220127-114927-499000

I cannot get duplicate crew credits gone either nor can I move crew credits successfully anymore, if I move credit in the wrong section to the right section, the addition gets approved and the deletion declined, again never been a problem till this week. I had to take a break from contributing as it was becoming pointless until the system is fixed, there must be something wrong if it ended up with over 600,000 pending submissions other day, never seen it that high.
