Keep getting denied name change and name merge, no reason why

Hello all,

I have been not only attempting for months but now over four times today to try and change my name on IMDb to my stage name. I do not at all go by my current name and those who know me in the industry (i.e. my agent/casting/actors/directors) are not able to find/link/add me to the roster/projects on here since it is not the correct name. I am growing increasingly frustrated as I keep getting my request denied within five minutes of sending it in. I now have projects under my proper name but the merge gets denied too. I am at a loss and seem to not even be physically able to contact customer support. I am not understanding why casting sites were instant or a phone call away in fixing this error when my change name occurred over two years ago but this site has me pulling out my hair. I have read any and all forums on this issue and cannot find a reason why I keep getting denied since this is the only name I will be going by in the future and I have explained that in the notes sections.
