In Katharine McPhee’s biography it shows that she was born on march 25th 1984. But in Katharine McPhee’s biography it also shows that her children Erin foster, Sara foster, and Jordan foster. How can Katharine McPhee be the mom of Erin foster and Sara foster if they were born first? How can Katharine McPhee be the mom of Jordan foster if she was like only one year and a half old when Jordan foster was born?

Mitch: Those are her stepchildren. Her husband David Foster is about 35 years older than her.

Looking at the "Family details" section of her page in edit mode, it appears that her stepchildren are correctly entered there as stepchildren, but that information does not display as such on her bio page at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1897713/bio. This is a problem that IMDb needs to fix.

@gromit82 thank you for the help but now I have this these questions. Is it possible for me to look at the family details section of Katharine McPhee’s page in edit mode to see for myself that they are her stepchildren NOT her children? If the answer is no that is just fine too. But if the answer is yes what do I need to do to look at the family details section of Katharine McPhee’s page in edit mode to see for myself that they are her stepchildren NOT her children?

You can click on the yellow "Edit Page" button at the bottom of the Bio page. The contribution form will display for Biographical Information, you will need to select "correct/delete" from the "Family Details" drop-down menu and click 'Continue'. You will then see all the relationships for each family listing:

I have also filed a ticket for the appropriate team for visibility and consideration of improvements of the current display (which lacks relationship details for children).
