So you're suggesting I can use the Contact form to supplement the Contribution form when the contribution does NOT require supplemental information. That misses the points of my post and creates extra work for IMDb staff.

My thread is trying to expose the following:

1. IMDb accepted an addition to the personnel of a title without requiring any justification, and without providing a space for including justification.
2. IMDb is getting a lot of challenges from people who want supposedly bogus credits removed from the Db, and IMDb is asserting their data is correct.
3. But if they accept additions without justification, how does IMDb know an addition is correct?

And maybe the inefficiency of getting information from two sources (the contribution form and the contact form) that will require a human to match them together, and/or look at a contribution more than once, explains why IMDb is so very far behind in processing contributions, especially since they implemented the new contact form.

Better to provide a space on the contribution form, and "require" a timecode where the credit appears or where the uncredited cast appears, or some alternate form of proof.
