Job categories

Many of my jobs are listed in 3 separate categories but there's no rhyme or reason to it. 

Script and Continuity Department

(This one is self explanatory - most of my credits should be here)

Production manager 

(I can see how some of my jobs ended up here - but in my types of shows "Production Supervisor" is a script dept job.)

Additional Crew 

(Here's where it gets weird. Some of my production supervisor titles went here.  Where I believe just my old PA jobs should go under this category.)

How do I fix this?
