Jeff Stinco trademark duplicate item

Hello there, I am new to this. I was just fixing up some details and information regarding Jeff Stinco, and I was trying my best to remove two different duplicate trademark items ("Mole on cheek" and "Mole on right cheek") I already added into his name, but its not even working.
