I've submitted my credit on Super Mario twice now but it's not being listed.

Is there some sort of administrative block for submissions for the Super Mario Bros Movie? Less than 30 crew credits are listed out of several hundred crew members. I submitted my own name back in December when I finished the film and again in February, both ignored. This is highly irregular. First time I've ever seen anything like this in over 25 years. If there is some sort of administrator blocking submissions, how do I find their contact info to discuss?
