I've nothing less than 8 star reviews. But my imdb.com rating is a 2.6/10. I was attacked by a hater and now still punished

I've been really struggling with this. On Imdb.com I have 2.6 out of 10?

My film was attacked on imdb.com the first week that my film came out. A hater left a nasty personal review and 1/10 stars. I flagged it and it came down but before it came down a bunch of haters online on imdb.com hit thumbs up and got my film to be rated 1/10 before a day passed.

Since then, that review is down and many good reviews are up - but we still have a 2.6/10 out of ten because of that hate attack. Please fix this. We are low budget filmmakers and it's not fair or appropriate that we get punished by a bunch of haters that didnt even watch the film . Thanks!  

On amazon I have a 4/5 stars.

I have some outside reviewers that range from 5/10 to 9/10 .

I have been getting a little press for the film - but it's hard when folks google the film and see 2.6! 

Also, maybe you folks can make a suggestion how to get more reviews thanks? Mine are trickling in.
