Item #251111-215645-400000 - Why are time stamp corrections that comply with IMDb Guidelines often rejected?

Two corrections for Eddie and the Cruisers related to time stamps were declined on the basis of "Please review our submission Guidelines." But that is EXACTLY why the corrections were submitted. For Goofs, section D9 of the style guide says: - "Timestamping a goof where possible is encouraged, but the format must adhere to strict rules." [Note: MUST ADHERE] - "Please use the format (at around xx mins) or (at around xh xx mins)." [Note: there is a "precise" format to be followed.] The first original items specified: ""early in the movie" (and also wrote in 1st person, which is contrary to the guidelines, and also specified the Goof as a Factual Mistake, which the Guidelines have a whole set of reasons why submissions need to be careful when using this category. The second item states "At the 49:20 mark", which other than not adhering to the Guidelines' format includes seconds, which are never included per the Guidelines. This is a repetative issue is submission of corrections. (Very annoying)
