The titles seem to be different and with different cast. So far, we do not consider the titles to be duplicate.

@Fran Your statement is not much different from mine. The titles do not look exactly the same, but have similar features. The final fact could be established by someone involved in the creation and release of the film, and only such a person can establish the final verdict.
