IStitch: IMDb is primarily a title-based database. You would need to have at least one credited appearance in a title that is, or is eligible to be, listed in the database to have a name page of your own.
That said, it should not be that difficult for you to be in an eligible title. For example, music videos are eligible for listing in the database, so if you are credited in your own music video that has been released or shown to the public, you could submit that music video using the form at https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/edit?update=title. During the process, you would submit your own name for its appropriate credits in that video, and once the title is accepted into the database, a name page would be created for you as well.
