Issues with the movie connections

I have been trying to get SHORT PEACE: Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day to be a spin-off of the movie Short Peace when there is proof of it, but it's not allowing to go through. This leads me to my biggest issue when I am trying to add movie connections to movies on IMDb, what else am I doing wrong? I look at the rules, did my best to make them like they want me but they still get rejected. Is there a type of pharse, sentance and format that I need to make in order to get them approve? Why is it that other IMDb users' edits of movie connentions get approve (including the bad ones I have seen) and mine always get rejected? I am I missing something? Did I do something bad to get them reject? If so I am so sorry. Once in a while some of them get acepted but mostly they get rejected even though I am doing my best with reasons including the phrase to sentance. Please let me know what I need to do to get movie connections edits approved more.
