Issues With Episode Listings

Ok, so I have an interesting question, I am adding another video episode that I am in. It's somewhat listed on IMDb, and I will have to suggest some modifications to it. Now, here is the interesting issue I have found. The episode that I am in is Season 1, Episode 6, but even HBO MAX even listed the Episodes wrong, they have me listed in Season 1, Episode 4, but when you play the episodes mine shows up as Episode 6 and not 4. Suggestions please
