Issues Updating Data for Podcast Show
We have a podcast that was released circa 2020. Initially we had planned to release episode monthly, so the data was added to iMBD as such. Between that, and the actual release, we decide to release weekly, which we did. To make a long story short, we wanted to updated iMDB to reflect the actual dates. We submitted the request for the 6-7 episodes and they were approved. Now all of the sudden, everything is getting rejected. We shared the link to the episodes which explicitly shows the date, but the reasons for rejections are all over the place. Here's what we've gotten so far: 1. submission doesn't follow required format 2. unable to verify submission 3. need more evidence We've added an explanation for the whole thing in the submission for each episode but nothing seems to work. If there was no evidence, then all episodes should've been rejected from the jump. Some of the rejection notes have directed us to the Help Page to learn how to contact the team, but there's nothing there about that. We've tried emailing support@ & press@, but it's been weeks now and there's been no response. I'm not sure how common this is, but we'd appreciate to chat with an actual member of the contribution team about this. Thank you!
