Issue with a few contribution submissions

I just wanted to inquire about the status of a few recent contributions:

My Black Panther: Wakanda Forever review was submitted last Saturday and has yet to be approved and only one of my two The Santa Clauses submissions has been approved. The lack of consistency has been a little frustrating to say the least.
