Is this a bug with new gender controls?

@Michelle​ Thanks for re-submitting the credit, I see it was initially declined with a weird "Other" reason. And the same thing also happened to an item in this submission after pending for an unusually long time: 230320-084055-353000

You can see both declined items have evidence attached already, what's the meaning of these "Reason: Other" declines? Is it a glitch or technical thing or actually declined by a human?

Thanks for reporting this additional submission, I have now approved this credit listing as well. 

Concerning the updates, both were handled directly by an editor, I'm not certain if there was a tech issue related to the name page self-identity and contradicting page gender, or if this was simply a processing error - I have highlighted this issue in the ticket to be investigated.
