Is there a future roadmap item for the creation of external APIs?

Is there a future roadmap item to make API endpoints available to allow for the contribution of content to IMDB?  Credits etc.  If there is one, please advise where it is in the priorities and if there is not a roadmap item for those endpoints.  Please create one for future consideration and prioritization.  Thank you for any details you can provide.
