I read that timestamps are 15 second intervals. Could the editor set the thumbnail to timestamp 0:15?

@birdieQ Hi- Thank you for posting the suggested timestamp for the thumbnail on this trailer! I have reviewed the information and I can confirm that I have now changed it to the 0:15 timestamp. The change is already live on the site for Submit (2018). Cheers!
