Is being named by the host sufficient to count as credited?
In shows such as Strictly Come Dancing, they often show celebrities in the audience. If such a celebrity is mentioned by name by one of the hosts when interviewing one of the contestants and the named celebrity is shown immediately after being named, does that count as being credited or should they be added as (uncredited)? The guide says about order numbers "For documentaries or talk shows where the people appearing on camera are generally not in a separate cast list, their first onscreen appearance where they are identified either by a caption or spoken name is used to determine the order." and uncredited entries cannot have an order number. For the contestants and their partners introduced by name by the announcer as they enter at the start of the show I think this is clear - they are credited and have an order number.
For someone mentioned and then shown on screen but not introduced it is not so clear. For example:

Owen: While the phrasing of the guide may not be completely clear, I would consider David Bradley to be credited, not uncredited, in this case. The guide does contemplate that a person can be credited by a spoken name, and it says, "their first onscreen appearance where they are identified either by a caption or spoken name is used to determine the order," so he can have an order number.
